Jack is a passionate writer/director/producer, dedicated to creating dynamic characters and crafting emotionally powerful stories. He has had work previously screened at Cinecity Brighton Film Festival, as well as a collaboration with Black History Month South dating back to 2018.

"Since I was a teenager, I have been completely infatuated with the process filmmaking. Inspired by classic Hollywood stories, I immediately knew what I wanted to do. I got into film as a fan, and I've tried to stay true to that. Having worked in various development roles on short films, I'm eager to collaborate on different projects going forward. As Head of Post-production, Christian ensures that every frame, cut, and sound hits the screen with purpose and precision. Christian’s work has been screened at the Cinecity Brighton Film Festival, and he has collaborated with Black History Month South since 2018 — directing and editing multiple projects that celebrate underrepresented voices.

"Growing up, I was always drawn to technology and obsessed with film. The first time I worked as an editor on a college project, I felt like I was exactly where I was meant to be. I’d spend hours tweaking every detail, completely lost in the process. As an editor, you have to envision the film long before it’s finished. You build it brick by brick — and when everything finally clicks into place, there’s no better feeling.”

Lauren L CISSE
Head of Production
Lauren is our head of production, ensuring every project is managed and actually made with the utmost care and dedication. Lauren has had both her directing and producing work selected in film festivals such as CineCity Brighton Film festival, Lift-off Film Festival, as well as Brighton & Hasting Rocks International Film Festival.
When they aren't busy juggling productions and gaining experience in the TV industry Lauren can be found day-dreaming buried in a pile of comfy blankets or glued to the nearest cinema screen.
Lauren has worked as a production assistant and coordinator within the Film & TV the diversity and inclusion sector with companies such as Channel 4, BBC, SKY and PACT.
